Our office is in Cleveland and our caregivers travel to the western suburbs. The person who answers the phone is the person who arranges your care, and whenever possible we keep the same caregiver on the same schedule.
We are non-medical: no nursing or skilled medical care, and no 24-hour or live-in care. We say that up front so you can tell quickly whether we are the right fit.
North Olmsted is mostly post-war — ranches and split-levels off Lorain Road, Dover Center and Columbia, built from the 1950s onward on generous lots. That layout helps. Bedrooms and bathrooms on one floor means fewer stairs to negotiate, and a bathing routine can often be managed with no climbing at all.
What those houses do have is distance: long driveways, deep garages, a stretch of yard between the side door and the car. That is where a winter fall happens. Our caregivers walk clients out to the car rather than waiting at it, and clear a path before anyone steps outside.
We also drive: appointments at Fairview Hospital or University Hospitals St. John Medical Center in Westlake, the pharmacy, groceries, Great Northern, and the North Olmsted branch library.

Yes. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, and caregiver visits can be scheduled outside those hours. We do not offer 24-hour or live-in care.
No. We provide personal care and homemaking only. If your loved one needs skilled nursing, we will tell you so rather than take the booking.
Whenever possible, yes — the same caregiver on a regular schedule. A familiar face in the home matters more than almost anything else.
