We keep things straightforward. You get a clear care plan, a consistent caregiver, and direct communication with our office — no layers of management between you and the person caring for your parent.
Our caregivers are trained to support independence, not take it over. If your mom can still fold laundry but can't lift a basket of it, the caregiver carries the basket and she folds.
We're a local business based in Cleveland, serving the west side. We know where the Reservation trailheads are, how to get to St. John for a discharge pickup, and which streets get busy at rush hour.
We're honest about what we are: a non-medical home care agency. We don't provide nursing or medical services, and we won't pretend to.
Personal care covers bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and medication reminders. Homemaking covers light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, errands, transportation, and companionship.
Costs vary based on hours and needs — a few hours of homemaking each week costs less than daily personal care visits, and many clients start small and add hours as needs change. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Caregiver visits are scheduled around your family's needs and can take place outside office hours. We do not offer 24-hour or live-in care.
